Sobiya helps leaders to transform their mindset and self-belief so they can be confident and create diversity and belonging in the workplace, so that teams thrive. As one of the first hijab-wearing, female British Muslim Black Belt kickboxers to have represented England at European level and won silver medal, Sobiya consistently breaks down negative stereotypes and gender narratives. Sobiya retired from her 15 year career in teaching to purse her vision of coaching and helping leaders. She has since worked with a number of organisations nationally and internationally to deliver confidence coaching and consultancy on creating diversity and belonging in the workplace. Sobiya is also a professional speaker and soon to be author. Being a mum and wife, she understands the importance of creating a meaningful legacy both personally and professionally.
