Overcoming physical disabilities and mental health issues, Anna is now a disabled burlesque performer and runs a host of burlesque shows and variety nights. A true activist for sex and the disabled, Anna blogs about all things stroke related through ‘Just another stroke’ and isn’t afraid to tackle subjects that some may shy away from. Anna also co-hosts 2 weekly radio shows and carriers out an array of public speaking engagements educating others on how to prevent a stroke. In addition, this amazing role model founded Chari tease, a fundraising initiative providing courses in performing arts with all profits going to charity. Almost 14 years on from her stroke, Anna is having an incredible impact.
