The #EthnicityPayGap campaign has been going since 2018 with the expressed aims to raise awareness and lobby government to make Ethnicity Pay Gap reporting mandatory. The campaign has also sort to help support organisations to create a strategy to embark on reporting their Ethnicity Pay Gap.

I created the Ethnicity Pay Gap website in 2019 and established Ethnicity Pay Gap Day in 2021. It was important to me to give a voice to those affected by this disgraceful pay disparity that affects Black, Asian and other ethnic minorities. The Ethnicity Pay Gap should not be tolerated by anyone and I believe it was important to take a stand on this issue.

The campaign has corporate and individual supporters who have bought the #EthnicityPayGap T-shirt, asked me to speak at events to further educate those who are unaware of this issue. If you are reading this bio I encourage you to support the campaign. www.ethnicitypaygapcampaign.com
