PACT support parents and carers of children and young people across Suffolk who are experiencing a mental health issue. The support is free to parents and carers and we are currently part funded by the National Lottery. We offer online peer support in a closed group, weekly virtual drop-ins, face to face monthly meetups, resources and training.
