Known as one-fifth of the UK's leading girl band The Saturdays, it's hard to believe that 33 year old Frankie Bridge has been in the entertainment industry for over 15 years. Outside of music, Frankie has established herself as a TV Presenter, Digital Influencer and a Sunday Times Best Selling Author. Having suffered from depression in her youth, Frankie had a mental breakdown in 2011 and spent time in a rehabilitative facility. Now working as an ambassador for MIND, Frankie has become an outspoken and inspirational advocate for mental health. Frankie also has her own podcast, Open Mind, which sees her talk to guests from a variety of walks of life all talking about their experiences with mental health. Frankie authored her book 'OPEN: Why Asking for Help Can Save Your Life,' which speaks about her ongoing journey battling breakdowns and depression.
