The National Diversity Awards (‘we’) are committed to protecting and respecting the privacy of all users of The National Diversity Awards Website/The National Diversity Awards Nominations App.

We collect any personal data that you volunteer on forms to submit to us (for example submitting a nomination or a vote, or by contacting us), and via any email correspondence that you may send to us. The information you give to us may include your name, address, email address and telephone number.

Should you purchase items from The National Diversity Awards i.e tickets/tables/packages, we will collect your name, contact information and billing address but will not document your credit/debit card information.

WHAT DO WE DO WITH THE INFORMATION WE GATHER

We gather your personal information to ensure that we provide you with high quality customer service. We will also utilise your personal information to keep you updated with the latest news surrounding The National Diversity Awards i.e. National Diversity Awards Shortlist Announcement.

DO WE DISCLOSE YOUR PERSONAL DATA TO THIRD PARTIES?

The information provided by you will not be disclosed to any other third party, unless consent has been obtained by yourself prior, or unless otherwise required to do so by law.

Nominators – We will not divulge any information relating to the nominator to either the individual nominated or any other third party without first obtaining the nominators permission.

Nominees – Details we hold on file for National Diversity Awards nominees can be viewed by The National Diversity Awards Team, the Nominee and The National Diversity Awards Judging Panel only. Other than those entities highlighted above, we will not share details held on behalf of nominees to any other third party, unless permission has been obtained prior.

While we obtain your consent prior to processing your data for marketing purposes or disclosing your data to third parties, you have the right at any time to ask us not to process your personal data for such purposes.
