Teaching over 1,000 women and girls of all ages from marginalised backgrounds in the last 3yrs, Miranda currently holds the post of Broadcast Manager at Ujima Radio, one of the UK’s only black talk radio stations. In addition to being hailed a ‘Gender Role Model’ at the Bristol Diversity Awards 2021, Miranda is also the proud recipient of a Lovie Award and was recently awarded Gold for Best Radio Podcast in the British Podcast Awards for her 6-part series of the UK’s first civil rights campaign, Our Journey.
