Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) is the world’s largest independent Coca-Cola bottler. In GB, they employ some 3,600 people across eight manufacturing sites, offices and depots. At CCEP, they have a philosophy that ‘Everyone is Welcome’, which underpins everything they do. They recognise that building an inclusive and diverse business, reflective of society, its customers and the communities and markets in which it operates, requires real change. Their ‘JustBe’ network – a group of colleagues driving engagement around CCEP’s ID&E agenda – is a vehicle for delivering this. Through allyship and events programmes, workshops and training sessions, the network aims to foster a culture where colleagues feel they can come to work to Be Themselves, Be Valued and Belong. CCEP understands inclusion is a journey and they haven’t got all the answers, but they are listening to the JustBe network to drive change.
