Joshua Stunell is Founder and CEO of bthechange CIC – an award-winning social enterprise that provides life changing initiatives to directly support individuals who are at risk of entering or who are already in the criminal justice system (CJS) move forward with their lives. Josh founded bthechange after he became aware that the CJS was lacking in certain areas, and as a result was having a long-term negative impact on those concerned, particularly those from an ethnic minority background. Heavily involved with the police, charities and corporate organisations, Josh works with over 1,000 individuals each year covering Police Custody Programmes, Community Inclusion Schemes, Transition Programmes as well as operating Schools Crime Diversion Programmes which has been seen by over 2,000 school children. Committed to being part of a positive shift within society, Josh has supported over 220 clients into full time education, employment, and sustainable housing.
