Va Va Womb is a stigma shaking community for all things sex positivity and intersectional feminism using founder Ellamae’s teenage diagnosis, a difference in sex development, as a catalyst for change and inclusion. It prides itself as a collaborative platform, working with and supporting other organisations and charities. Va Va Womb has grown an online community through global storytelling and unique events, talks and content to spread knowledge of inclusivity for gynae health and normalise conversations surrounding our bodies, self esteem and health. The website holds an online blog, community calendar, support groups, and continually develops a directory of resources. Va Va Womb has gained a following of 18k, working with various community members to share stories, hold events to self explore and continue to provide creative content from poems to the history of intersectional feminism.
