Academy Achievers is a Black-led nonprofit empowering Black and global majority girls and women through education, leadership, and cutting-edge tech. Founded in 2006 and led by Paulette Watson MBE, it pioneers digital equity through the global #BeMeDigitalInclusion initiative, supporting girls aged 7–35 with AI, cloud skills, mentoring, and entrepreneurship. Its goal is to empower 1 million Black women and girls in the digital economy by 2030. From award-winning STEM programs and international summits to strategic industry partnerships (Google, IBM, KPMG), Academy Achievers transforms futures. Over 5,000 lives have been impacted with increased confidence, STEM careers, and community visibility. With deep roots in social justice and lived experience, their impact spans from Newham to Nigeria. They’re not just changing who’s at the table; they’re redefining the table. A true force in digital inclusion and equity-led innovation.
