Amrit has over 30 years of experience in financial services, holding senior leadership roles in strategy, finance, customer experience, and internal communications. Known for delivering results and influencing change at board level, he has led major initiatives that have shaped the SME sector and beyond. Outside of his professional work, Amrit is the founder of The Student Career Compass, a career immersion initiative that has supported over 50,000 young people with access to skills development and career guidance. He also created the Kindne555 Community, bringing together charities and social enterprises to collaborate for greater social impact. As the inaugural chair of the NatWest Sikh Network and a respected DEI champion, Amrit is widely recognised for his leadership and commitment to creating opportunity. His personal mission is to open doors for others and build a more inclusive future for all.
