Black Swan Collective is a third-space community for young Black and ethnic minority professionals, launched in 2023 to tackle isolation and the lack of inclusive environments beyond work and home. Through culturally relevant events—ranging from debate nights and open-mic sessions to investment panels and entrepreneurship talks—it fosters genuine connection, belonging and professional growth. In an era of reduced DEI efforts and deepening social disconnect, Black Swan Collective provides visibility and voice to its members, empowering them to build confidence, expand networks and feel celebrated. Shortlisted for the Community Organisation Award for Age, it remains committed to placing culture and community at the heart of professional life.
