Caroline Popoola is an award-winning entrepreneur, childcare expert, and philanthropist with over 20 years of experience. As CEO of Alpha Childcare and Alpha Chains, she leads 14 nurseries across Greater London with a team of over 95 staff. Since launching her first setting in 2004, she has become a key voice in early years education, offering consultancy to struggling providers through Caroline Popoola Consultancy. Her foundation supports families through food aid, business grants, and bursaries. Caroline also leads Alpha Global, the organiser of Nigeria’s pioneering Early Years Childcare Conference, with over 2500 educators in attendance. She sits on the executive board of WIMBIZ International, championing women in leadership. A 2025 IWEC Awardee, Caroline is globally recognised for her commitment to inclusive childcare, social impact, and empowering women and children through education and opportunity.
