Emma is the founder of Great Minds Together, a pioneering not-for-profit organisation supporting neurodivergent children and families. What began in her living room in 2018 as a life skills curriculum has grown into a multi-million-pound organisation employing over 200 people. Emma’s deep passion for psychology and systemic change drives her mission to reshape education, health, and social care through inclusive, needs-led pathways. Great Minds Together now provides six national services, including outreach, residential care, and Autism Central, an NHS England-commissioned programme co-developed by Emma. The organisation has helped over 15,000 families, offering vital support to prevent wrongful hospitalisation and criminalisation of neurodivergent individuals. Emma is now a trusted national advisor on reform across sectors, achieving all of this without initial funding, just determination, lived experience, and purpose. Her vision is simple yet profound: build a system where everyone can truly thrive.
