Endo Buddies is an inclusive UK charity supporting people living with Endometriosis. Founded in 2019 by Chief Kindness Officer Katy, who waited 21 years for a diagnosis, the charity transforms personal struggle into collective support. Endo Buddies provides practical, emotional, and community-led care through surgery recovery packages, 24/7 text support, and rural Wellbeing Pop-Up Hubs. Since inception, it has delivered over 1,000 care packs and reached thousands across the UK, especially in underserved communities. Its work extends to awareness sessions, healthcare training, and outreach with refugees, prisoners, and sex workers. Rooted in lived experience and shaped by kindness, Endo Buddies empowers individuals to feel seen, supported, and less alone in their journey. With accessibility and representation at its heart, the charity ensures no one is left behind. Endo Buddies is the hug, voice, and community many never knew they needed.
