Mysterious Minds is a Hull and East Riding-based charity supporting families affected by suicide. Founded by Chelsey in 2017 after losing her son’s father, Jamie and later joined by Dawn in memory of her daughter Mollie, the charity honours their loved ones through action. Mysterious Minds provides financial donations towards funerals, personalised memorial gifts, and ongoing emotional support to grieving families. Entirely volunteer-led, they raise funds through raffles, community events, and annual memorial days attended by hundreds. In 2023, they became a registered charity and proudly increased their funeral support donation to £1700 in 2025. They also offer suicide awareness and prevention, referring people to appropriate services. Mysterious Minds is driven by love, compassion, and lived experience, offering light in the darkest times and creating a lasting legacy of support, hope, and remembrance across the community.
