Natasha is a British Army paramedic and Chair of the Defence Breastfeeding Network, championing support for service personnel and families balancing parenthood and military life. Since joining the Army in 2014, she has deployed to Kenya, South Sudan, and the Falkland Islands, alongside working within the NHS. Natasha founded the Defence Breastfeeding Network, driving policy changes to support breastfeeding mothers in the Armed Forces. She has also raised awareness and funds for multiple charities, and regularly delivers Easter and Christmas chocolates to local hospital children and staff. A devoted mum and advocate, Natasha uses her social media presence to inspire others, especially women considering careers in the Army or paramedic science. Her dedication to compassionate frontline care and family support makes her a powerful role model and advocate.
