Project Accountability CIC is a grassroots organisation founded by Molly Ellis, a survivor of gang violence, domestic abuse, and the criminal justice system. Built on lived experience, the organisation helps people from marginalised and justice-affected backgrounds rebuild their lives through trauma-informed mentoring, employment pathways, and youth engagement. Since launch, Project Accountability has placed 44 people into jobs, saving the public over £1 million, and is tackling gang violence, knife crime, and youth exploitation across high-risk communities. The team includes care leavers, former gang members, and single parents—people who’ve been unheard, unseen, and underestimated. From boxing programmes to financial literacy workshops, every initiative is designed to transform trauma into leadership. Molly’s leadership redefines what change looks like, from the inside out. Project Accountability doesn’t just talk inclusion, they live it. Real people. Real stories. Real impact.
