Segun is the founder of The Gym Kitchen, a UK-based brand making healthy, high-protein food more accessible. With 15+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing at Coty, Revlon, and The Black Farmer, he launched his business to address gaps in nutritious food availability. Along the way, he recognised the need for greater inclusion and representation in FMCG. Now stocked in major supermarkets across multiple categories, The Gym Kitchen is one of the UK’s leading Black-owned food brands. Segun also sits on the board of the Black Business Association and advises Tesco’s Black Action Plan. He mentors entrepreneurs, supports underprivileged youth through Middlesex FA, and regularly speaks at universities. His work combines business growth with social impact, championing equity and opportunity across the food industry and beyond. Segun is a passionate changemaker driven to make a lasting difference.
