Train The Boys Initiative (TTB) is a youth-focused organisation empowering boys to become responsible, emotionally intelligent, and purpose-driven men. Operating across Nigeria and the UK, TTB uses mentorship, workshops, campaigns, and community events to foster positive masculinity and emotional well-being. Since inception, TTB has impacted over 10,000 students, hosted annual International Day of the Boys events, and established school partnerships, parent engagement forums, and a boys’ club in West Africa. TTB also trains volunteers and mentors to deliver culturally sensitive, inclusive support. With a strong focus on boys from underserved backgrounds, the organisation challenges harmful stereotypes and promotes safe, affirming spaces for growth. TTB recently launched “Start with Your Boys,” a platform amplifying youth voices. By bridging cultural, emotional, and socio-economic divides, TTB creates lasting change, one boy at a time, shaping a more inclusive and balanced future for all.
