2025 Shortlisted Nominee
Positive Role Model Award: Disability
Victoria Jenkins is an award-winning social entrepreneur, disability advocate, and founder of Unhidden—an adaptive fashion brand redefining style, dignity, and accessibility for disabled people. After a decade as a garment technologist, Victoria’s own experience with chronic health conditions revealed the lack of fashionable, functional clothing for disabled and chronically ill individuals. Founded in 2020, Unhidden creates innovative, adaptive designs that accommodate medical needs and mobility aids without sacrificing style. In 2025, Victoria partnered with Primark to launch their first adaptive clothing line across 10 countries, marking a landmark moment in inclusive retail. Recognised in Vogue’s 25 Most Powerful Women (2023) and the Shaw Trust Disability Power 100, Victoria also co-chairs the UK government’s Lilac Review to advance disabled entrepreneurs. Through her work, she is transforming fashion and business to be truly inclusive.
