Lifetime Achiever Award
Weininger Irwin is a dedicated community exercise leader, inclusion advocate, and ITV’s first UK Gladiator Champion. Born in Hackney, his early passion for sport and physical challenge laid the foundation for a lifetime of service through movement. He is the founder of Ageless Teenagers, a vibrant initiative tackling loneliness in older adults using culturally specific dance, music, and social connection, and Cool Rowings, a bold drive to make rowing inclusive across generations and ethnicities. From rowing solo for 24 hours to raise awareness of prostate cancer and youth violence to leading OAPs to medal glory at the British Indoor Rowing Championships, Weininger fuses compassion with grit. Grounded, family-focused, and driven by legacy, he continues to build intergenerational bridges through creative, grassroots action, proving that community, culture, and exercise are powerful tools for lasting social change.
