Women in Data® is a membership organisation dedicated to achieving gender parity at every level in Data, and AI industry. We empower women through personal connection, mentorship, and professional development, while partnering with brands to drive change and promote equity at scale. Our heritage is grounded in learning, role modelling and networking as we look to attract more women into data and AI and then enable them to optimise their career to meet their personal aspiration. Collaborating with over 80 leading global brands, we create impactful programmes, knowledge-sharing platforms, and strategic initiatives that dismantle barriers, attract diverse talent, whilst embedding equity into organisational DNA. Now comprising a community of 95,000 practitioners, we are passionate about dismantling the systemic, cultural and institutional barriers that limit women’s representation and advancement - helping them thrive at every stage of their careers.
