YHA earned an Autism Friendly Award and actively participates in RACE reporting to ensure transparency and progress. Measuring inclusion through employee surveys and recruitment data informs ongoing improvements. Initiatives like Outdoor Citizens connect diverse communities with outdoor access, while bursaries ensure equitable participation in outdoor education. With dedicated EDI specialists, YHA continues to build a workplace where everyone belongs, thrives, and contributes to a more inclusive future.
