ACE, the African Caribbean Engagement Programme, is a national charity transforming cricket by increasing access, inclusion and talent development for young people of African and Caribbean heritage. Launched in 2020 and now operating across six major UK cities, ACE delivers school and community programmes, workforce development and elite talent pathways that reconnect underrepresented communities with the sport. Its Academy supports emerging players through scholarships, high‑level coaching and county performance opportunities. Having engaged over 54,000 participants and produced professional players, ACE is reshaping cricket’s landscape by opening doors for inner‑city children, upskilling coaches and driving long‑term systemic change.
