Afrikindness is a UK‑registered children’s charity tackling racial inequality, cultural exclusion and safeguarding barriers affecting racially and culturally marginalised families. Founded in 2021 and registered in 2023, the organisation delivers community‑led programmes that support children’s identity, wellbeing and inclusion while empowering parents through culturally sensitive safeguarding, neurodiversity and digital‑skills training. Afrikindness has delivered more than 80 initiatives, reaching over 2,000 families, and provides youth leadership, mentoring and school‑based cultural education that promote racial harmony and confidence. Through co‑creation, advocacy and partnerships with over 50 organisations, Afrikindness is breaking cultural barriers, strengthening families and building an inclusive society where every child can thrive.
