Amanda Elwen has spent more than 30 years supporting adult and child victims of domestic abuse, sexual violence, stalking and exploitation. As co‑founder of the Emily Davison Centre, the UK’s first EVAWG Hub. She created a partnership of 56 specialists and four charities, now supporting over 7,000 survivors annually. She is Business Manager at Paladin, founder of HARV Housing and HARV Domestic Abuse Services, and a board member of Women’s Aid England. In 2021, she launched The Loving Me Service, the UK’s first national domestic abuse service for trans+ and non‑binary people, opening refuge accommodation in 2024. Amanda holds an MBA, multiple postgraduate qualifications, and an Honorary Fellowship from UCLan.
