Andrew Roach is the Managing Director of DEIversity Talent Management (DTM), launched in April 2025 to champion authentic representation and accessibility in the media industry. An experienced talent agent and disability advocate, he manages a roster including Adam Pearson, Lee Ridley, Samantha Renke and other leading Deaf, Disabled and Neurodivergent talent. A full BAFTA member, he sits on its Disability Advisory Group. Andrew was shortlisted for the Disability Power 100 in 2024 and DTM has been shortlisted in the Boutique Talent Agency category at the 2026 ITV bCreator Awards.
