Positive Role Model Award: Gender
Aysha Bosher is Founder and Chair of Rosebuds Sisters, a volunteer-led Muslim women’s network she established in 2011. Under her leadership, Rosebuds has grown from a local circle into a movement of more than 10,000 women across 80+ chapters in the UK and internationally. Through faith, wellbeing, education, humanitarian action and leadership opportunities, Aysha has created spaces where women feel seen, supported and empowered to lead. She is also a Director of the British Bangladesh Chamber of Women Entrepreneurs, a member of Havering’s People’s Panel and a Thames Freeport Ambassador. Aysha leads through service, using her platform to challenge barriers, champion representation and inspire women to create lasting change.
