Caroline Parnis is the owner of Blade Inclusive Salon, which has served the Lowestoft community for 20 years. With expertise in precision barbering and autism‑friendly haircare, she has created an inclusive salon, barbers and sensory studio where anyone can access quality haircare. Her Sensory Studio has transformed experiences for SEN families, offering a safe, accepting environment that challenges traditional salon models. As demand has grown, she has expanded the space with the Eden Room and continues to advocate for neurodivergent individuals. Caroline is proud to have built a long‑standing, inclusive business that welcomes people of all backgrounds, needs and abilities.
