Entrepreneur Excellence Award
Chloe Jackson is a nurse, entrepreneur and advocate from Aberdeen, dedicated to improving inclusion and visibility for neurodivergent people. Following her late autism and ADHD diagnosis at 27, she created the Pride of Neurodiversity Tartan, officially registered in May 2024 and recognised as the first tartan representing the full neurodiversity spectrum. Her social enterprise has grown internationally through products, campaigns and education. Chloe also founded SUNNO and Co for neurodivergent healthcare professionals and leads a neuro‑inclusive community choir. A perioperative nurse and national speaker, she received the RCN Student Nurse of the Year 2024 award for her contributions to inclusive healthcare.
