Chloe-Marie Gallagher is a Doncaster mother of three and the founder of FND Together We Rise, a Community Interest Company (CIC) she created from her hospital bed after being diagnosed with Functional Neurological Disorder following sudden-onset paralysis. Determined that no one should face FND alone, Chloe transformed her own experience into an organisation providing education, resources, advocacy, connection and lived experience support for people affected by FND. Through awareness campaigns, local events, media features, fundraising initiatives and walking at London Fashion Week, she is breaking down stigma, amplifying patient voices and helping to create a future where everyone living with FND feels seen, understood, empowered and never alone. Turning her greatest challenge into hope and lasting change for others.
