Established in 1965, Conquest Centre remains a grassroots charity based in the unspoiled, tranquil heart of the Somerset countryside. We support people of all ages and abilities, with extensive experience supporting people with additional and often complex needs. Our professional mentors offer person-centred, trauma-informed support that is thoughtfully shaped around each individual's strengths, needs and aspirations, blending evidence-based practice with therapy animals, purpose-designed sensory spaces and the natural countryside setting of our 17-acre site. Every service is shaped through listening, co-production and building trusted relationships that enable individuals to feel safe, valued and empowered to thrive and achieve outcomes they may never have thought possible.
