Domini Choudhury is a senior education leader with over 20 years’ experience building inclusive, antiracist cultures across London and Bristol. A specialist in antiracism and SEND, she has shaped national guidance, contributed to Department for Education policy, and served as a national trustee for The BAMEed Network. Domini is also an Evidence Advocate for the Education Endowment Foundation. She cofounded Bristol’s Racial Equity Network Dinners and the first monthlong South Asian Heritage Month programme, ensuring diverse histories are taught. As lead of A.I.M. Consultancy, she delivers EDI training nationally, dedicated to creating a sustainable legacy for the history and heritage of marginalised communities.
