Dynamic is a North Wales disability support organisation that has empowered children and young people aged 8 to 25 for over 30 years. Founded on the belief that disability should never limit opportunity, Dynamic provides accessible, welcoming environments where individuals can build confidence, independence and meaningful social connections. Its services include after‑school activity sessions, one‑to‑one advocacy and transition support, a twice‑weekly signing choir, young adult social groups, a participation group influencing local services, and a monthly nightclub for adults with learning disabilities and autism. Dynamic’s long‑standing impact is reflected in the many young people who have gained friendships, resilience and greater independence through its inclusive, community‑led support.
