Everton Sutherland-Adebiyi, BA (Hons), is a young entrepreneur, community advocate and passionate champion for equity, inclusion and social justice. Working across public service, justice and community spaces, he challenges inequality, influences systems and creates opportunities for people too often unheard. Drawing on his lived experience as a care leaver with autism, Everton campaigns for care experienced people and is committed to showing the next generation the art of the possible. He mentors boys and young men, champions workplace equality as a trade union Equality Representative, and advocates nationally for meaningful change, innovation and unity. Alongside his work, Everton is pursuing postgraduate legal studies, with ambitions to become a barrister.
