Francis Nwofor is a Cloud & AI Specialist at Microsoft. He’s also a recognised leader in social mobility. Based in Hackney, he helps organisations modernise with data and AI while using his platform to expand access for underrepresented talent. He serves as Co‑Lead for Social Mobility London and Partnerships Lead for BEAM, supporting hundreds of young people through mentorship, events and partnerships. Francis is also the Founder of The Cloud Cup, the UK’s largest cross‑industry charity football tournament focused on social mobility. Raised in a one‑parent household, he now champions equity, representation and long‑term opportunity for young people.
