Mark Cusack is an author, lecturer and specialist coach supporting people with complex, fluid and undefined sexuality and gender. Formerly LGBTQ+ representative for the UK Civil Service, advocating for over half a million employees, they now run @notdefining, a global platform reaching millions and supporting thousands to understand their identity. Mark is a twice‑published international author, a leading bi+, asexual and non-binary advocate and consultant to the NHS, EU, UK Government and other major organisations. In Liverpool, they founded the city’s first open drag show and performs nationally as Coco Fabulicious, using drag, writing and community work to champion visibility, confidence and queer joy.
