Naima Ali is the founder of Uplift, a grassroots Birmingham based organisation, dedicated to empowering young people and strengthening local communities. She has created safe, inclusive spaces that bring people together through youth activities, awareness sessions and community‑led initiatives focused on confidence, leadership and positive social change. Naima mentors young volunteers aged 18+, providing opportunities to develop skills, take initiative and contribute to their communities. Her work is rooted in compassion, resilience and unity, building a trusted support network around Uplift. Through consistent, community‑driven leadership, Naima continues to inspire young people, foster belonging and drive lasting positive change across Birmingham.
