Newcastle Carers is a city‑wide charity supporting unpaid carers aged 5+ to improve their quality of life and navigate the challenges of caring. Guided by a vision for Newcastle where carers are recognised, valued, empowered and able to balance caring with their own wellbeing, education and employment, the organisation delivers tailored support including information and advice, counselling, complementary therapy, cultural activities, workshops and training. With a strategy extending to 2030, Newcastle Carers provides safe, inclusive spaces and proactive outreach, ensuring carers are identified, heard and supported.
