Nick Barwick is the founder of INSIGHT Wellbeing Services Ltd, a nationally recognised therapeutic mentoring and tuition service supporting more than 250 vulnerable children across the UK. Drawing on his own childhood in the foster care system, Nick has become a powerful advocate for children in care, previously looked‑after young people and those with complex needs. He has pioneered a trauma‑informed, child‑centred approach that improves emotional wellbeing, resilience and educational outcomes. As an inspirational speaker and trainer, Nick influences foster carers, educators and social care professionals nationwide. His leadership exemplifies turning adversity into purpose and creating lasting positive change for young people.
