Community Organisation Award: Age
Nutritious Minds Trust Charity is a grassroots neurodiversity charity founded in 2017 by Dr Rachel V. Gow, a child neuropsychologist, registered nutritionist and nutritional neuroscientist. The charity supports children, young people, adults and families affected by ADHD, autism, dyslexia and related profiles through evidence‑based community events, wellness workshops, education days and its annual NeuroBloom conference. It delivers five free monthly adult ADHD and neurodivergent support groups, alongside screenings, mentoring, advocacy and family guidance. Committed to preventing the playground‑to‑prison pipeline, Nutritious Minds is launching BEAANS, a creative early‑intervention programme for at‑risk young people. Its work amplifies neurodivergent voices and provides compassionate, practical support where it is most needed.
