Nutritious Minds Trust Charity is a grassroots neurodiversity charity founded in 2017 by Dr Rachel V. Gow, a child neuropsychologist, registered nutritionist and nutritional neuroscientist. The charity supports children, young people, adults and families affected by ADHD, autism, dyslexia and related profiles through evidencebased community events, wellness workshops, education days and its annual NeuroBloom conference. It delivers five free monthly adult ADHD and neurodivergent support groups, alongside screenings, mentoring, advocacy and family guidance. Committed to preventing the playgroundtoprison pipeline, Nutritious Minds is launching BEAANS, a creative earlyintervention programme for atrisk young people. Its work amplifies neurodivergent voices and provides compassionate, practical support where it is most needed.
