Paul Campbell is the Chief Executive of Cancer Black Care, a UK charity supporting Black and ethnically diverse communities affected by cancer. Drawing on more than 30 years in social care and his own lived experience of cancer, he champions equitable cancer care, tackling health inequalities, reducing stigma and improving access to support. Paul leads innovative community initiatives, including Real Talk and year-round support groups, while influencing policy and practice through contributions to the Government’s 10-Year Cancer Plan, NHS programmes and international conferences. Recognised at 10 Downing Street, Buckingham Palace and through national campaigns, Paul is committed to ensuring everyone affected by cancer feels seen, heard and supported.
