Positive Futures is a Liverpool-based charity that supports children and young people whose circumstances have limited their opportunities to thrive. Working across Liverpool City Region, the organisation provides a continuum of support that enables it to walk alongside young people at every stage of their journey, intervening early, responding to emerging needs and helping to prevent challenges from escalating into crisis. By building trusted, long-term relationships with young people and their families, Positive Futures tailors support to individual strengths and needs through mentoring, youth work, family support and residential care. Working in partnership with schools, local authorities and community organisations, the charity empowers young people to improve their wellbeing, re-engage with education, build confidence and create positive futures, delivering lasting change for individuals, families and communities.
