Rachael Reign is an award-winning specialist in spiritual and cultic abuse and founder of Surviving Universal UK, the UK’s first survivor-led organisation addressing spiritual and cultic abuse in Black communities. A survivor of eight years in a high-control religious group, she has transformed lived experience into national leadership, raising public awareness through major outlets including Good Morning Britain, BBC Panorama and The Guardian. She champions culturally competent safeguarding and strives to ensure everyone can practise their faith free from abuse, coercion and exploitation.
