Regina Martin is a visibility strategist, brand and web designer, and founder of The NETwork, an accessibility‑first business networking organisation launched in November 2024. Created to challenge exclusionary networking models, The NETwork has grown to more than 740 members across multiple UK cities, providing equitable access to visibility, connection and opportunity. Regina brings over 20 years’ experience supporting small businesses, particularly underserved entrepreneurs, and embeds inclusion into every aspect of her work. As a Black autistic entrepreneur, she combines lived experience with professional expertise to build communities and strategies that prioritise safety, accessibility and meaningful, sustainable impact.
