Revd Jacob Caldwell CF is a Church of England priest and British Army Chaplain whose career has transformed inclusion across race, religion and belief in Defence. Currently Brigade Chaplain to 12 Armoured Brigade, he leads one of the most diverse chaplaincy teams in the Armed Forces and has pioneered Defence firsts including the LGBT+ Carol Service, LGBT Act of Remembrance and the first Transgender Retreat. His pastoral work for minority personnel has benefited thousands and was graded Outstanding by Ofsted. Jacob has also delivered major projects creating inclusive worship and wellbeing spaces across multiple garrisons, shaping a more representative and supportive Armed Forces.
