Saskhia Menendez is a multi-racial trans woman, music industry professional, podcast host and international speaker working across music, media and equity-focused cultural change. She is creator of Music Industry Insights Worldwide, a global platform amplifying underrepresented voices and opening industry dialogue on diversity, artist development and structural barriers, with a reach across 135 countries and territories and 2,239 cities worldwide. Saskhia is also the founder of the Global Trans Charter, an international initiative with engagement across 30+ countries supporting safer, more inclusive environments for trans and non-binary creatives. Through global panels, advocacy and community-led leadership, she champions accountability, accessibility and long-term systemic change, supporting emerging talent and reshaping inclusion across the creative industries.
