Shiraz Khan NPQH FCCT FRSA FIFIP FIoL is a British Muslim entrepreneur. One of just 28 (0.4%) Pakistani-heritage men among England's 22,455 state-school headteachers (DfE, 2024/25). Leading successful headships internationally, and nationally across London and Birmingham's most deprived communities, improving pupil progress and outcomes. He founded MRIS Executive Education Advisory, scaling school-improvement and inclusive EdTech consultancy across the UK, Pakistan, UAE, Saudi Arabia and Qatar. This school-excellence network focuses on an inclusive parent conscious approach post pandemic with the evolving special educational needs of students. In addition, he has co-authored Nur & Deen, a children's book series born from his daughter's medical journey, supporting liver disease and hospital charities.
